"My only complaint is the lack communication/commitment from Harley Davidson USA and Deeleys diectly to Davies. My delivery date was delayed several weeks, which isn't a big deal except for the fact I ordered five months earlier. Pete, my sales rep had very little information to give me as to when it would be in the counry and when would they be able to pick the bike up from the warehouse. This left me even more anxious when Pete's only response to me was "It's in transit". Jeff, in parts was very patient with me in choosing the right upgraded components for my new bike and the guys in service were very efficient on putting those components on. As far as accessories, the selection was good but limited. I was looked after for what I needed, however I would like to have seen more of a selection or at least have the items availible shortly after they were ordered. Overall, I would rate my experience with Davies very good and would go here first for a purchase of another bike. See ya on the road!

"Oh boy, where do I begin?! With the best motorcycle in the world or the amazing people at Davies HD who helped me get in it's seat? I will start with Mike Pulcine - the most attentive salesperson I have ever dealt with. I got a call from him almost everyday with updates on my bike's status. What more can a guy ask for when he's got no horse in his stable. Then, I'd like to thank Pete Kneale. Not many General Sales Managers I know are involved with every customer as much as Pete. He is there for you. Theresa Tempest in finance had me approved in under 10 minutes. She worked hard for me to get the best interest rate possible. Everybody in parts department, especially Ed. Parts arrived exactly when promised. All the girls in clothing and accessories are always very polite and helpfull. Service department is very organized. They will let you speak with your mechanic if you'd rather ask him a question directly. And last but not least all those people at Harley Davidson factory who designed and built my new 2009 Road Glide. Thank you all so, so much. I am your customer forever. Stan Parkanski"
