Was right downtown Toronto as a Dreamer, And now Davies as a Harley-Davidson Owner and Service Customer. However of all the different dealerships i have been in over the years both Motorcycle and Auto the Davies Staff ar by far the best.
I haven't had to deal with sales, But all the Guys in Parts treat me Great and Chris Jones and all the other Guys from Service are the best and they always treat me Great and get me in and out fast, In closing i got to say you Guys are the Greatest. Since then, I have dealt with just abouit every department in your dealership and the degree of professionalism displayed by everyone is second to none. Not once have I walked in there that I did not feel welcomed.
The staff in ALL departments always have a smile, a friendly greeting, a good sense of humour and a great disposition. They are a professional bunch - knowlegeable and competent in their respective areas and have always given me sound advice. I want to show my appreciation of the service I had during the buying process of my new to me 2009 Road King. First of all, please forgive my strange English writing, coming from Quebec, French is my primary language.
Mr. Mark Tufano was my salesman and I want to tell you how he made me feel important and I sincerely think he is a gentleman. He did his best to get me top dollars for my 2006 Fat Boy, even if it appears there were a few things discovered on it during the trade in evaluation.
The Road King have been delivered on time and the preparation was awesome. I have a friend that assisted me in this buying process and he was impressed by Mark and consider to have him for advisor when it will be time for a new motorcycle.
There is nothing more pleasant for a customer that feeling welcome in a dealership rather than just be seen as a wallet on legs! Since buying a motorcycle isn't a necessity in life, but a luxury item or a dream on with wheels, it matters for a customer to feel at home when you come to a store that I consider like a Toys R Us for big boys!
All the staff I had to deal with (sales, accessories and service) were courteous and professional, Isabell was great at explaining the finance and warranty part too. Congratulations for operating such a nice business.
Now I just hope the Road King will be reliable and the service will be as great as Mr. Mark Tufano was when I bought it.

"I walked into your dealership in search of a 2008 FLHTC in Black in May 2008. We were greeted by Chris Jones in Sales who answered all our questions. While looking we were shown the service area where a mechanic noticed we had 2 young children with us and handed them a HD keychain each. WOW ! They were amazed and we were gratefull to get them off our back for awhile. After returning home I called the dealership and between Chris and Theresa they did everything by phone and fax and I took delivery of my new bike the next week. We returned this spring and purchased a second bike for my wife a 2009 883 Iron again from Chris Jones. We love our first and definatley not last Harley Davidsons so Thankyou Chris, Theresa and the rest of the team at Davies HD in Richmond Hill On. It is ashame we live some 2 hrs away so our visits are not as frequent as we would like but we always enjoy dropping by your dealership for any of our needs. Cheers! "I have been at Davies Harley Davidson at the Oak Ridges location many years ago, at a younger age. I have always loved Harley Davidson Motorcycles, and have always browsed to see the new models that have arrived there. Many years have passed and I was tired of browsing and had to make my decision soon to get my Motorcycle license, and purchase my first Harley. I have been to other Harley Dealerships that have been very nice, but chose Davies since I have been there many times to browse. My choice was easy. I walked into their new location in Thornhill and spoke with Chris Jones great guy. This was in 2008 summer. He came to me and asked if I needed any help, I replied I am just browsing I don’t have my motorcycle license but I love Harley Davidson Motorcycles. He told me feel free to look around and ask any questions that I my have, and also he said what I am waiting for, riding is fun and that there are many courses offered for first time riders. He explained to me and gave me a Humber Bike Course brochure. The year 2009 walked in again to browse spoke with Paul E. McDermott, another great guy very helpful gave me a quote on a Sportster. I was still uncertain into purchasing a bike at the time, but on my part pretty much the same as 2008 story, but also closer to making up my mind in pursuing my first Harley. With that said one day the decision was made I took my M1 test passed, enrolled in the Humber course, and took another trip to Davies Harley Davidson, this time I was ready to purchase my Harley Davidson Motorcycle. I loved the look of the Sportster 883 Low. The look was retro, the price was great. So this was the bike I ordered. At this time I had the pleasure of meeting Mike Pulcine another great guy at Davies Harley Davidson, which helped me with the purchase of my Sportster 883 Low, from A to Z. When my bike was in and ready to be delivered, Theresa called me, I came to see my Sportster and Mike explained to me all the functions and controls. Mike Pulcine was very helpful and knowledgeable and made my purchase pleasurable, Thanks Mike. Also thanks to Theresa that explain to me all the extra warranties plans H-D has to offer from A to Z. A thank you goes out to Rosemary from the Harley clothing department that helped me with my riding gear purchase. Ed, Bryan, and Mike the boys from the parts and accessories counter for helping me with the purchase of the many accessories to choose from. Keep up the great work guys, with customer service and knowledge you posses that is a great asset to Davies Harley Davidson. Dave thanks for delivering my Sportster to my home, you take great care in what you do thank you. Last but not least the boys in the Maintenance Department Chris, Mike, Jesse and all the other guys I did not have the honor of meeting. Keep up the great work guys and girls. This is what makes Davies Harley Davidson reach its goal to being Number 1. I would recommend this dealer to any one. THANKS AGAIN.

"Oh boy, where do I begin?! With the best motorcycle in the world or the amazing people at Davies HD who helped me get in it's seat? I will start with Mike Pulcine - the most attentive salesperson I have ever dealt with. I got a call from him almost everyday with updates on my bike's status. What more can a guy ask for when he's got no horse in his stable. Then, I'd like to thank Pete Kneale. Not many General Sales Managers I know are involved with every customer as much as Pete.
